Corporate Photos for Social Media Platforms
Let me introduce you to Aggie, a Life Coach in the Greater Toronto Area. In her career as a Life Coach, Aggie has been successful. The two of us connected at an entrepreneurs network meeting in Brampton and began talking about social media marketing. As entrepreneurs we don’t have a group of people to talk to about business plans and marketing techniques. Meetings geared to entrepreneurs, like this one, help us connect with other people who can relate to our experiences. We share business ideas, concepts that have worked and contractor’s names that we have good relations with.
We also share our services. For Aggie, that meant a corporate photo session. She can use these images on her social media accounts like Facebook and Twitter, on her website and on business networking sites like LinkedIN.
We are surrounded by products and services. We are marketed and advertised to constantly. Social media accounts and apps like Pinterest take the place of magazines and newspapers. Consumers are more apt to research a product or service before they buy it. They ask their friends via Facebook for recommendations. They Google your business name before they call. A professional yet relatable online presence is important to your business.
That’s where I come in.
First and foremost, your face is your brand. As a Life Coach, Aggie knows this. She deals with people on a personal level and encourages change. Aggie’s demeanor and personality makes or breaks her business. There’s a certain personality that is able to do this kind of work and Aggie is good at it. The only problem is, even if you’re good at your work, your online presence may not reflect that.
The trouble Aggie had with her online presence was her profile photo. She needed a photo that tells who she is and what she’s like. We book a corporate photos session and the rest is history (her-story!)
High-styled clothes and a welcoming smile
After talking to Aggie, I was beginning to get an idea of what she does for a living and come up with ideas for a photo session. We agreed that we wanted to highlight her personality and success. High-styled clothes and a welcoming smile convey those traits perfectly! Aggie brought along a few changes of clothes and accessories for the shoot. She was able to try everything on and she was sure to pick out completely different colours for each outfit. That way, she was able to see herself in different shades and pick one that suits her best.
I wish Angie all the best for continued success in her business and look forward to working with her again in the future. This blog have been featured at “Top 7 reasons why my clients need me as a headshot photographer”

My passion and biggest asset is taking the time to make every client comfortable and relaxed before I even pick up the camera. The result? Photos of you that actually look like you at your best! I can prove to you how much you can enjoy having your picture taken. Lifestyle photography is about the experience that happens to be served up along side of some great photos.
