Often when photographing families, it is the first time in front of the camera for the couples since their wedding. Many say that they felt awkward during the wedding photos and bring that presumption with them to our family session.
It was so rewarding to hear Kathy & Val comment on how happy they were that they felt relaxed and comfortable with me and were able to experience something much better than they had expected because of it.
It was nice to work with their son Phillip as well, who was very agreeable, posing at any location with multiple facial expressions, only a few shown in this post.
