The Blue Moon by the lake! ... Working with these The Blue Moon by the lake! ... Working with these two lovely individuals was one of this fall season's most exciting photo sessions. When four hours passed, I did not notice it, which is absolute proof of our incredible time. I will say a huge thank you to Marcus for doing his homework and scouting locations before our photo session. Not just pointing out the locations but making a map with photo samples of each place that can give some fantastic photo results. The energy that I have witnessed between these two was unspeakable. That has inspired me to work with Anja and Marcus unrestricted and creatively enough to match their energy and love for each other. Finishing by the lake with the last photos Anja wanted from the Toronto skyline, we realized that that was the day and specific time when the last biggest blue moon of 2024 would show up behind us, right between the CN tower and the other skyline buildings. I felt the city has given them as a gift to their personality and love that they share this special look and extra flavour to their engagement photos. Angela and Anthony's forestry fairytale wedding!.. Angela and Anthony's forestry fairytale wedding!... Witnessing these two love birds saying their I DOs two weeks back was terrific. Angela confirmed early in the morning that their outdoor wedding ceremony would be held inside the pavilion at Kortright Conservation. When I arrived at her place and saw her face, I knew something was wrong. She wanted to have an outdoor ceremony so much, but the weather forecast was unfavourable. With many years of experience, I realize that the most accurate way to track the weather is to use the radar and view the clouds moving through the map in relation to the time. At that time, we saw that when we were planning for the photo session and the ceremony, there were no clouds passing by the area, but the forecast was saying otherwise. Angela dared to switch the ceremony location to her planned initial one and did not regret it. We had one of the most magical forestry ceremonies with a lot of tears and laughter. This wedding was one of the most documented weddings I have photographed. We had three photographers, three videographers, two content creators and one live painting artist for her wedding day. This wedding was my first time photographing at @peachcountryvenue, and I have been blown away by everything I have experienced at this location. Although I can give full credit to my couple for choosing this venue and being who they are for this amazing experience. The whole day, I was able to document their wedding fully in documentary style, and I loved it. Maybe 10 minutes of the entire day was time for posed photos, and everything else was a true representation of their happy and bubbly personalities. An intimate wedding at the Japanese garden!... It' An intimate wedding at the Japanese garden!... It's not every day that I have a chance to photograph a bride with the same name as mine. Dragana and Kosta have decided to have a intimate wedding with thier 20+ friends and family at one of my favourite GTA locations, Kariya Park in Mississauga. Have been 13 years since I photographed a wedding at this place. To be even more memorable, I photographed my first Macedonian wedding in Canada here. Fast forward 13 years later, there was another Macedonian wedding. To realize that the world is small, I happened to photograph Kosta's, my groom's niece's, christening 14 years ago, and they were at the ceremony now all grown up. These wedding photos turns out to be a wedding-maternity-family session because they are expecting a baby girl soon. When a tornado can change its path because of thes When a tornado can change its path because of these two, there is no need to comment more!...... In my 25+ years as a photographer, I haven't experienced the phenomenon that happened to us two weeks ago. The entire week, the weather forecast clearly showed there would be rainfall all day and enormous chances for thunderstorms. When I asked in the morning Jenn if we have plan B just in case, she said; Yes, we can always have the ceremony indoors, but I really want an outdoor wedding ceremony. How she said it, I knew they would get some break in the weather, or I was hoping for one. Long story short, the sky opened, and we had Brandon and the boy's photos outdoors, then rain. In time for the first look again, the rain held up, and the 2nd patch of rain came. In time for the wedding ceremony, the rain stopped, the sun came out, and we could have the entire wedding ceremony and all the photos done in excellent weather. When we moved indoors for the reception, the sky opened, and there was rain until our golden hour photos. Then there were dramatic clouds, but the rain was waiting for us to finish, and once we entered indoors again, the rain started pouring. It's worth mentioning that a tornado touched down in Ayr that afternoon, just 5km from Elle by Stella. What a day!! That is my story about Luca and Alexandra's marriage proposal last Friday in Elora. Luca has planned this for over a month, and I was able to assist him with this cute surprise proposal. He had organized a stay at Elora Mill and wanted to pop the question before their massage and dinner in Elora Mill. The weather held the rain, and I could capture the true essence of this surprise in the marriage proposal. Once we completed the surprise part of the session, we were able to have an awesome photo session around and inside Elora Mill. Seal with a kiss and some fireworks! 🎉....... I Seal with a kiss and some fireworks! 🎉....... I'm in love with the photos we took at Sarah and Mike's wedding last month. With so many moving parts, having it all alight as we wanted was impossible. Guess what? We did it all. The rain that was forecast for the entire day fully disappeared. We had an awesome outdoor ceremony, a very intimate photo session, and an amazing sunset. At the end of the day, I was thrilled to see John from @skyjewelfireworks execute the fireworks, leaving Sarah, Mike, and their guests to fully enjoy them while I took some breathtaking photos of an incredible twilight scene and dramatic cloud formation. Dragi is a fun, enthusiastic, and talented photographer and we were so happy to have him photograph our wedding. He took many great shots and the final product was excellent. Dragi is an amazing professional photographer, his work is amazing and is very attentive to details. I definitely recommend him. He shot our engagement photo session and the pictures turned out amazing even though it was a cloudy day and now I am looking to work with him for my wedding photography. Extremely satisfied by the quality of work, his attitude and the final product. We were a group of seven for family pictures as a 50th wedding anniversary gift for my parents. From the get go, Dragi was accomodating, he helped choose the location, spent over two hours with us in multiple settings and took over 200 poses for us to choose from. The entire time, he was fun, patient, made us feel comfortable and at ease in order to get the best pictures. A week later, the pictures were available on his website for us to choose. We ended up selecting digital prints as well as regular prints, they were all of great quality. His prices are quite reasonable and the service and quality of work is top notch. I would recommend DA Photography to anyone in the GTA. Thanks Dragi.
