We were holding our breaths, hoping that the cloudy skies over us would clear for this family photo session in Oakville. Luckily they did and because we had a lot of fun with Judy and her family. They brought a lot of fresh energy to the session and not only were Judy and her husband personable and positive, but her sons were also incredibly polite and friendly. Their grandfather joined them behind the scenes with their puppy Keefer who was always making sure that he could see and take care of his family members.
It’s rare that a family is this comfortable in front of a camera with the posing direction while making it look natural, but each famliy member pulled it off easily and these pictures turned out wonderfully as a result. As photographers we’re given a unique perspective and insight into a family by doing these types of sessions and the gift one often gets is walking away feeling as though you’re better off for having met some people which was the case with this shoot! I hope to work with this great family in the future!
